After months of speculation, Warner Bros. finally announced that David Yates, who directed
The Order of the Phoenix and is currently directing
The Half-Blood Prince, will be directing the final installment of the
Harry Potter. As previously reported, the film will actually span two volumes. Do you think Warner Bros made a good choice or would you rather see one of the following directors attached to the movie?
I still am against the last film being split into two films, the first one is going to be boring...I know it...becaause the first half of the book was excruciating to read...hopefully the'll spice it up.
2 who ever did the first 2 films. those were the best ones.
She wrote the sripts for the other 4 films together with Steve Kloves.
J.K. Rowling said in an interview a few years ago that she don't want Steven Spielberg as director.
That was Chris Columbus and I couldn't agree more. The first two were so awesome then personally I thought they started sucking after that and now they are just too hard to get into. Also they really need to get John Williams back to compose the music for the film.
