What's the big deal?

She's a shameless opportunist who is out to make a buck. In this society, that's usually lauded. In fact, she barely veils that intention. Moreover, she's an intellectual lightweight to boot.

What's most annoying in this piece, however, is the Jerry Springer-like audience. I'm convinced that they have no idea what they are clapping about.
